The Economic Development Information Center (EDIC) is the most comprehensive collection of ED information available in Mohave County. Our searchable database is constantly updated and utilizes a variety of information sources to provide you with accurate, timely information.

Building Bridges to Business (B3) is a business retention and expansion tool that addresses the needs of existing businesses throughout Mohave County. Using a combination of sophisticated survey instruments and customized computer software, the program evaluates each company's value to the community, growth potential and risk of relocation or downsizing.

With the help of our many B3 Partners, each year Mohave County, Lake Havasu City, Kingman and Bullhead publish Annual Reports to evaluate their progress and provide valuable insight to area decision-makers.

The Mohave Locator is a powerful web-based site selection tool that allows you to identify and analyze available buildings and sites in Mohave County. Users can run detailed searches, create custom reports and manipulate maps of the region.

Business Linc is where Buyers and Sellers meet. Business Linc increases buyer awareness of the products and services available throughout Western Arizona and identifies new sales opportunities for Arizona companies.

This comprehensive and interactive database profiles the capabilities of Western Arizona businesses and provides easy searchable access to these resources for buyers with immediate procurement needs, companies seeking longer-term supplier relationships and business looking for collaborative partners.

The North River Economic Region (NRER) is located in northwestern Arizona along the Colorado River and consists of: La Paz and Mohave Counties, Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Parker, Quartzite; Colorado River Indian Tribe, Fort Mohave, Havasupai Indian tribe, and the Hualapai Nation. Together these various groups have formed the NRER to address regional economic development issues, foster collaboration, and influence economic development policy issues.

In June of 2005, the NRER finalized the North River Economic Region Economic Development Plan. This plan serves as the basis for ongoing action by NRER members.

The I-40 Industrial Corridor now under development, between Kingman and Lake Havasu City, offers large industrial tracts to accommodate warehouse-distribution and manufacturing firms that require direct access to I-40 for same day, on-time deliveries to West Coast markets. The corridor is served by the mainline of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and two transcontinental natural gas pipeline corridors.

The primary goal of the Arizona EZ program is to improve the economies of areas in the County with high poverty or unemployment rates. The program does this by enhancing opportunities for private investment in certain areas that are called enterprise zones. The program offers two types of benefits: income or premium tax credits and property tax reduction.

The BDLP is proposed as a unique public/private partnership between Mohave County, Arizona MultiBank Community Development Corporation (MultiBank) and the Mohave Community College Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
